The Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts launched a $20 million campaign to support diocesan initiatives and local parish needs. CCS assisted the church with a two-fold focus: major gifts and participation by all congregations. The highly successful campaign raised nearly $32 million.

The Challenge

As the Episcopal Church in eastern Massachusetts, the diocese set goals to strengthen their mission opportunities, expand ministries, and support local congregations undertaking their own capital projects.

The Solution

CCS conducted a thorough feasibility study, facilitating more than 225 study interviews in all. CCS continued its partnership with the diocese by developing and implementing a campaign plan focused on strategic major gifts fundraising and full-congregation participation.

The Impact

The Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts raised more than $31.9 million to elevate their global mission and meet local and regional needs.
