Queen’s University Belfast is respected across the globe as a centre of teaching excellence and innovative research. March 2014 marked the beginning of the next phase in the University’s transformational journey, with the appointment of a new Vice-Chancellor who laid out the University’s vision to deliver excellence in higher education.
In January 2016, Queen’s University Belfast retained CCS to conduct a fundraising feasibility study. CCS served as professional counsel to determine the fundraising potential for a new Integrated Student Centre and to make recommendations for the most effective strategy to secure philanthropic funds.
The feasibility study involved conducting more than 50 one to one strategic interviews with alumni, private sector executives and foundation leaders across four continents in ten weeks, alongside an online survey. This culminated in the provision of practical and detailed recommendations to Queen’s in embarking on its next major campaign. These were far-ranging, from covering leadership roles, to corporate relations and staffing resources.Contact Us
