Diana (Dee) Falvo has designed and implemented significant fundraising campaigns and programs for leading national and international nonprofit institutions, raising over $625 million. She has brought over 17 years of experience to her client work, specializing in campaign management, donor and external messaging, leadership and major gift fundraising, prospecting, moves management, leadership recruitment and coaching, revenue planning and benchmarking, and staff development. Dee has helped clients raise seven- and eight-figure gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations for capital projects, endowments, and program expansion.
Dee graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Economics. She also received a Master of Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Management, specializing in Public and Nonprofit Management. She recently completed her second term serving on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Northern New Jersey. Additionally, she is an active member of the New York Junior League and was honored to be named a 2017 – 2018 Women to Watch.
