"CCS empowers extraordinary organizations to be their best and accomplish what in recent memory was unthinkable. It's an honor to be a part of this rewarding work."
Since joining CCS in 2011, Kimberly Kicenuik Hubbard has partnered with leading nonprofit institutions across all sectors, providing strategic counsel on major and principal giving, campaign management, volunteer and trustee engagement, and organizational staffing and planning. Over the course of her career, she has overseen more than $8 billion in fundraising goals under management and has assisted prominent organizations in the health and education sectors with dramatically growing their annual fundraising production.
“I feel so privileged to help inspiring organizations maximize their resources and deepen their impact,” Kimberly says. “By bringing more rigorous, data-driven approaches to the nonprofit world, we are able to help accelerate some of society’s most compelling causes.”
Kimberly received her AB magna cum laude from Harvard College and her MBA from Yale School of Management. A CrossFit enthusiast, marathoner and avid traveler, she enjoys visiting new places – near and far – and spending time outdoors with her husband, Matt and their goldendoodle puppy, Rusty.
