“Being able to distill what a client’s strengths are, and then coming up with a work plan that can really help them is immensely fulfilling."
In her 17 years with CCS, Sevil has relished the opportunity to serve the philanthropic needs of noteworthy institutions. She has supported clients with financial targets ranging from $5 million to $1 billion.
“We are here to help people be better at their jobs. And whether that’s their job as the president or board chair, or their job as the director of development to raise funds, the people we work with want to be successful, and they’ve brought us in to help them do that.”
Sevil has served and counseled organizations that span sectors including arts and culture, social service, national advocacy, international NGOs, scientific research, independent and boarding schools, and hospitals.
Sevil has a degree in Political Studies from Bard College and completed undergraduate studies at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, with her partner and toddler twins.
