Driven by her passion for understanding the root causes of major societal challenges, Caroline has spent much of her life and the early part of her career immersed within communities that are deeply impacted by these obstacles. For the last two decades, Caroline has focused her career on partnering with nonprofit organizations to find and execute sustainable funding solutions to conquer our communities most unprecedented hardships.

Caroline is a Partner and Managing Director with CCS where she holds a seat on their Board of Directors. As a champion of innovative thinking, Caroline also co-chairs the CCS Innovation, Strategy & New Business Committee. Caroline joined CCS in 2005 where she has consistently brought unconventional fundraising strategies to organizations with financial goals ranging from $10 million to $3 billion. Caroline is respected by her clients as a strategic thought partner, leveraging her close partnerships and trusting relationships to help cultivate novel ideas within fundraising.

Caroline’s experience also includes working intuitively with organization’s Boards of Directors. Her Board of Directors expertise encompasses strategic advice and coaching related to governance, roles and responsibilities, committee structure, fundraising, board assessments and board development.

Caroline’s tenure has taken place at the CCS headquarters in New York, NY where she is supported by a dedicated team of experts to guide client partnerships throughout the NY/NJ region and beyond. In the latter half of her career, Caroline’s professional experiences have expanded beyond the NY region with her advancements of global fundraising programs, where she has successfully led partnerships across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Caroline is a recognized expert in the nonprofit sector and a leading voice for Women in Philanthropy. Her presentations and workshops have been featured by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), New Jersey Association for Independent Schools (NJAIS), and Women in Development.

Caroline is a proud graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she received her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Political Dynamics of the Middle East; and of Columbia University in New York, NY where she received her Master of Science in Social Work.  She resides in Summit, NJ with her husband and three children, where she is involved in several local nonprofit and community-based organizations.
